In this role, you’ll lead a team of patient care providers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, where you’ll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations.
To succeed, you’ll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.
Schedule Full-time | Flexibility in hours available to include 72 or 60 hours every two weeks | Onsite Night shift | 12-hour shifts | 7pm-7:30am Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) | rotating holidays Pay and Benefits Pay rate minimum: $36.83 (ADN); $37.75 (BSN); $38.69 (MSN), pay determined by experience Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!
