Job DescriptionAbility to assist in conducting the Assessments as per program type.Ability to apply subject knowledge in practical executions like regular BP monitoring, first aid, handling medical emergencies, conducting CPR etc.Ability to execute procedures like Intravenous therapy (IV therapy), Hyperthermia etc. and monitor it closely till the procedure is completed.Willingness to learn and execute dermat processes like PRP (post training & qualifying)Willingness to learn and execute dermat processes like Laser (post training & qualifying) / Understanding of laser technique, protocols, and before & after guidelines.Can identify undiagnosed illnesses, injuries, diseases, conditions & know whether appliance / therapy is appropriate in each situation or not.Should be well versed in subject and able to identify medical conditions based on symptoms exhibited by clients.Willingness to execute Wellness service like Appliance execution as and when required.Can take body measurements at the right measurement sites as per defined protocols.Should adhere to the Medical Contraindications (based on individual case) with respect to Therapies & Appliances as guided by the Doctor, Physiotherapist and Dietician prior to giving the respective session.To maintain infection control standards in all assessment and treatment roomsTo ensure that post assessment / treatment, good care is taken of all clients and lemon water / detox water etc. is offered as a protocol.Can assist the Doctor / Physio / Wellness Counselor / Dietitian during assessments.Can suggest additional treatment line as identified and gauged during the execution of Appliance sessions if applicable.To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with company policies with high standards of personal appearance and personal hygiene, and in an ethical manner.QualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)To focus on soft skills expected of the profile (Interaction with the client / Appliance Bed Setting / Trolley setting for Assessment and Treatments / Application of products etc.)Exhibits good standards of hygiene and cleanliness.Should be neatly and decently dressed and adhere to the dress code assigned to a Nurse.Exhibits responsible behavior.Has good presence of mind to promptly handle crisis situations?Should have efficient time management qualities for performing the execution of services within the specified time laid down for each treatment line as per the SOP.To adhere to the tag lines as laid down for each treatment line and ensure standardization of treatment explanation to the client.Should have effective communication skills.Facilitates responsible behavior.Responds effectively to service related and technical problems.Must show genuine empathy for clients.Should have good physical stamina.Must be very systematic in maintaining records, booking appointments & organizing Assessment / Treatment rooms.Should apply safe working practices.Should build good and healthy rapport with clients and other co-employees.To constantly upgrade oneself by attending trainings as and when planned and practically implement the training inputs.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
