The nursing position (RN) is responsible for completing and monitoring all medical requirements of the program. Merakey Adult Behavioral Health Services support individuals in attaining wellness and recovery through respectful, person-centered relationships and services. These services will promote hope and empowerment to help individuals reach their full potential The RN will be assigned group homes for intellectually disabled adults to oversee that their medical care and ensure that their needs are being fulfilled.   The RN will schedule, complete, and attend physician appointments to advocate for our clients.  The RN will complete assessments at the group homes assigned and communicate with the physicians to maintain the highest level of care for our individuals.
