Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing medication administration, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to assess patient needs, and the capability to supervise LPN staff as needed.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate communication logs.Administer medications to patients.Conduct thorough assessments of patients.Complete medical appointment consultations and manage medication supply.Follow up on consults, referrals, and orders.Perform medication storage checks.Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Review labs and diagnostic results.Log incidents into the incident tracker.Schedule and manage medical appointments.Verify completion and compliance of all health-related forms.Supervise LPN staff as needed.Review and update Medication Administration Records (MARs), removing old orders.Prepare for and participate in clinical meetings.Review and summarize nursing notes.Check and update diet orders.Essential SkillsActive NYS RN License3 years of RN experienceExperience with triage and electronic health recordsStrong patient care and healthcare skillsExcellent communication and patient education skillsWork Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
