GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \n

Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with multi-disciplinary treatment team members. Responsibilities include the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment for patients at Allumbaugh House. \n\nAdminister patient medication.\nMonitor and assess patient status.\nParticipate in milieu management.\nAssists in intake and discharge of patients.\nAssists in development of an individualized plan of care. \n\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nSuccessful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare criminal background check.\nCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho.\nUnderstanding and adherence to ethical standards of the respective licensure board.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nOne year work experience in a behavioral health setting.\nTwo or more years' experience in the field of alcoholism, substance use disorders and mental health.\nKnowledge of computer and email systems, as well as EMR.\nKnowledge of community resources and Patient Assistance\/Medication Assistance Programs.\nFamiliarity with State of Idaho Health & Welfare Mental Health system.\n\n
