We are seeking a Registered Nurse (full-time) to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments. This position will be scheduled Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, call rotation to be discussed.
Responsibilities
The Registered nurse is responsible for completing assessments and documents resident status; furnishes services for nursing clients and directs nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs Assisted Living Clinical Supervisor and medical provider of changes or needs. Responds to tenant emergencies and medical concerns. Performs all duties consistent with Quality Standards and Infection Control practices. Performs all job functions within State and Federal Regulations.

Qualifications
Education: Degree obtained from accredited nursing program; Current Minnesota licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
Experience: 3+ years nursing experience, 2+ years home health care/assisted living facility experience is required.
Special knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proven history of good judgement and integrity High level of commitment to compassionate customer service Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident. Wage range: $38.51 - $48.13, based on experience.
