The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor. This Clinical Supervisor works with both the General Surgery and Trauma Clinics at Saint Luke's. This position will travel between all 4 hospital locations.
The Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday day shift position.
The Work:
Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.Supervise assigned clinical departments.Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.Assist clinical staff as needed.Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.Directly supervises employees and supports 35 providers and a total 34 clinical staff members.Trauma or general surgery experience as an RN strongly preferredPrevious management experience preferred.Why Saint Luke's:
