**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Partnering with physicians during bronchoscopies and other procedures like a pro.
+ Keeping bronchoscopy equipment in tip-top shape—from reprocessing to repairs and replacements—working closely with Biomed and vendors.
+ Managing our bronchoscope lab and helping pulmonary fellows get the most out of our SIM equipment.
+ Delivering excellent, evidence-based patient care with a keen eye on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Collaborating with families and care teams to build, implement, and adjust care plans that truly work.
+ Participating in quality improvement initiatives and promoting best practices.
+ Creating and delivering education programs for staff, patients, and families—because knowledge is power.

+ Supporting a culture of safety, inclusion, continuous learning, and excellence.
**What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)**

+ At least **three years** of experience in a hospital-based clinic
+ Active Missouri RN license
+ BCLS and ACLS certification
+ Able to meet all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
