DESCRIPTION The Emergency Registered Nurse Fellowship Program is a comprehensive orientation program that transitions the novice nurse to the role of an advanced beginner in a collaborative learning environment. Developed by academic and clinical nursing experts. The UMH Emergency Registered Nurse Fellowship Program is an Emergency competency based program that includes evidence based lectures, online learning modules, human patient simulation and an outstanding preceptorship program.
