This unique opportunity for Fishers new bed expansion growth coming Fall 2025 includes an early onboarding opportunity that will start at our IU North campus and move to Fishers upon tower opening!

  Providing direct care to patients dealing with illnesses, injuries, or surgeries. Admitting and monitoring patients. Administering medications. Managing medical equipment. Coordinating healthcare plans with medical professionals. Educating patients on surgical procedures. Conducting pre-op assessments. Gathering medical information. Reviewing patient history. Performing a basic physical exam. Ensuring that all the required procedures are followed prior to the surgery. The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The clinical nurse participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. The nurse adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
