Join our Behavioral Health General Adult Psych Unit! _Primary Patient Population:_ + Adult and Gero Psych _Primary skills utilized/learned:_ + Assessment Skills + Therapeutic Listening + Verbal De-escalation + Crisis Management + Relationship Building + Milieu Management + Group Programming Facilitation _Personnel RN will work with_ _:_ + LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Providers, Psychologists, Behavioral Health Specialists (BHS), Social Workers _Number of beds on unit:_ + 20 beds MetroHealth offers industry-leading benefits, including tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, professional certification incentives, and medical/dental insurance.
