Why work as a Critical Care Nurse Resident at Munson Healthcare? + Munson Medical Center is seeking talented new graduate nurses for the Critical Care Residency Program. We are offering Summer (July) cohort, and Winter (February) cohort start dates. This exciting and intensive residency will give you an opportunity to explore working in the 20-bed ICU and two 30-bed cardiac critical care units within the Webber Heart Center. At the conclusion of the 12 -month Critical Care Nurse Residency additional professional critical care opportunities are available including Interventional Radiology and Munson’s Medical Center’s 43-bed Emergency Department. + Our program includes a combination of clinical and didactic training. New residents will participate in hands on training, In person critical care interactive didactic training, high fidelity skills labs and simulations, EKG training, case studies, and numerous clinical and critical-thinking experiences.
