Munson Medical Center is seeking talented new graduate nurses for the Critical Care Residency Program. We are offering Summer (July 2024), Fall (September 2024), and Winter (February 2024) This exciting and intensive residency will give you an opportunity to explore working in the 43-bed Emergency Department, 20-bed ICU and two 30-bed cardiac critical care units within the Webber Heart Center. Our program includes a combination of clinical and didactic training, a portion of which is approved for contact hours. New residents will participate in computer-based training, skills labs and simulations, EKG training, case studies, and numerous clinical and critical-thinking experiences. Selected residents may start as a new graduate nurse prior to taking your NCLEX examination or choose to take their NCLEX prior to the residency start and begin the program as an RN.DETAILS
First Round Interview: If selected for the first-round interview, a member of the recruitment team will reach out to you for a preliminary phone interview to learn more about your interest in the position
Second Round Interview: Will be a virtual, panel interview with unit managers and residency team
