Sentara is looking for an RN Case Manager to work with our Sentara Home Care Newport News team.

Sentara Home Care located in Newport News has openings for Registered Nurses. The openings include Full-time Monday-Friday, Part-time weekend, and Flexi. The preferred candidate will have 2 years of medical surgical experience in bedside care. The RN is supported by our home care team.

The Registered Nurse develops, implements and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations.
