The Opportunity:

Our Interventional Pain Management Clinic at our Plaza location in Kansas City, MO is hiring for a registered nurse to join their team. This expansion will allow us to perform additional and new procedures for our patients at this location.

The Shift:

This position is for a Full Time RN in an ambulatory setting and offers a Monday through Friday 8-4:30 schedule with no holidays, no weekends, and no call in a teaching clinic.

The Work:

We are looking for experienced nurses with excellent multi-tasking skills, desire for variety in their day and interest in providing care to pain management patients.This position will give you the opportunity to work with multiple providers daily and various procedures and treatments.Experience with procedures such as Epidural Steroid Injections, Trigger Point Injections and Intrathecal Pumps is preferred, but not required.Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources.Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.ACLS required but can be obtained after hire.Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Associate Degree - Nursing
