The community needs your help! CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses within the Jacksonville, FL area. This role will be responsible for conducting Health Assessments, lab work, and immunization to clients within our facility.

Essential Functions:

Conduct Health Assessments Record patients’ medical information accurately Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc. as needed Provide back-up relief for all staff positions as needed Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
