Regent at Burnsville is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team. In addition to our generous benefits, we are offering a $5,000 Bonus!

There is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. No weekends!!

Pay Range: $40 to $46 / hour depending on experience

Full-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus. Payout for the bonus will be discussed in the interview.

Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning.Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports.Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed.Performs other duties as assigned.Nurse Manager skills and requirements: Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Supervisory experience preferred.Assisted Living and MDS experience preferred.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.Strong communication and customer service skills.
