Requirements
+ Active RN License in good standing
+ RAC-CT Certification
+ MDS Expertise: Proficient in completing and overseeing Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
+ Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, facilitate meetings, and mentor staff in MDS processes.
+ Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to assess data trends and implement effective performance improvement initiatives.
+ Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, and regulatory bodies.
+ Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Virginia state regulations related to nursing home quality assurance programs.
+ Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
