Registered Nurse - NICU


A Brief Overview:
The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Position Highlights:

Position: Registered Nurse

Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup.

Hourly Pay Range: $34.68 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $36 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. 

Location: Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL

Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities available

Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., rotating weekends and rotating holidays required based on staffing needs

What you will need:

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)

Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

Current BLS through AHA or ARC

Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position

At least 2 years of experience in Level III/IV NICU setting
