The registered nurse is expected to uphold the most ethical and safe processes while keeping the care of the patient as a top priority. The position works closely with the entire multidisciplinary team and must have a complete understanding of own limitations and, in turn, seek advice, judgment and support of others, when necessary. POSITION REQUIREMENTS + License: Current state of Illinois Registered Nurse license required. + Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. For hires or transfers on/after 8/1/2013, must attain a BSN within 5 years of hire/transfer date. + Certifications: CPR required + CNOR preferred + Special Skills: Understands the principles of aseptic technique. + Experience: 2 years of recent OR experience desired. $33.00 - $53.71 Hourly RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
