**OR Nurse Fellowship Program** Follow your dreams of becoming an OR Nurse! Rush Copley Medical Center is offering an Operating Room Registered Nurse Fellowship program for nurses who are interested in working in the OR setting. The OR Fellowship involves a variety of teaching methods including: computer based modules, classroom and practice lab time, as well as, clinical rotations in many of the OR surgical specialty areas. Must be open to working flexible shifts (day and evening hours). Interviews will take place in January/February. All nurses hired into the OR Fellowship are expected to start with Hospital Orientation on **March 3, 2025.** Position Requirements: + Current IL RN Licensure + American Heart Association CPR required. + 1 year of hospital RN experience preferred. + BSN degree, if not already obtained, required within 5 years of hire. $33.00 - $53.71 Hourly RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data. The pay range for each role reflects RUSH’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
