We have an exciting RN procedural position in General Surgery! This facility is located in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a part-time, 32hrs/wk, day shift role with core hours being Monday-Friday, 8a-5p but may change depending on surgery schedule.

This role will be a dual role of office duties and working as a scrub RN with general surgery. Previous scrub experience required. Working knowledge of complex cases. Robotic experience a plus. Detail oriented. 
 

Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.  Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred. Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies. Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner. Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
