Significant reduction in harm (CLABSI, HAPI, CAUTI) from 2022 to 2023. Charge Nurse, Advisor and Mentor are all roles that have been developed to support our clinical nurses at the bedside especially those who are new and in their first two years of the profession. Improved Employee Engagement scores from 2022 to 2023. Little to no use of RN Travelers in the Riley PICU as compared to other PICUs across the country. Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
