Summary

Professional Registered Nurse / RN gives direct and indirect specialized nursing care to patients while preparing for intra-operative experience. The Registered Nurse / RN in the pre-op role coordinates the care of the patient and is the patient advocate throughout the pre-operative experience.

Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)

Certifications

Required: Must be currently licensed Registered Nurse / RN , certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. BLS

Experience: Minimum 1year nursing experience in a Critical Care or Pre-Op nursing environment required.
