Registered Nurse- PRN Location: 119-Southern Utah Veterans Home - Ivins, St. George, UT, 84738 Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse- PRN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. The nurse will work on an as-needed basis and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing patient education. The nurse will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop care plans Administer medications and treatments Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans Provide patient education and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Utah Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
