GiaCare Inc., in anticipation of a future government contract, is accepting applications for Registered Nurse (RN) to work in support of Fort Eustis (Virginia).

Qualifications

Degree/education:  Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Certifications:  Maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), American Red Cross no substitute will be allowed. 

Experience:  1 (one) year of experience after graduation.

Licensure/Registration:  Licensed Register Nurse in one U.S. state or territory.

 

Duties

 

Begin contact tracing by warning potentially exposed individuals (contacts) of their potential exposure as rapidly and sensitively as possible. Collect information from patient with confirmed infection to help them recall everyone with whom they have had close contact during the timeframe while they may have been infectious.Operate medical equipment. Perform case investigations on persons with suspected or confirmed infection.Coordinate cross-clinical patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to cross-clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness.Perform physical exam health histories, and diagnostic tests. Provide health promotions, counseling, and education to patients and their families.
