We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable RN to join our Resource Float Nurse Adult Med/Surg team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care across various units within our facility, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and support they need for optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Adult Med/Surg settings. Float to different units as needed, providing support and expertise in patient care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond to changes in patient status promptly. Educate patients and families on care plans, medication, and post-discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
 

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of GA 1 year of nursing experience Current BLS for Healthcare Provider status according to AHA
