We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at Atrium Health Navicent Urgent Care.   As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting. This role requires a thorough understanding of nursing procedures, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients in an urgent care setting. Assess patients' conditions, take vital signs, and provide appropriate treatment based on clinical guidelines. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as ordered by physicians. Assist in wound care, suturing, and minor procedures as needed. Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatments, and preventive healthcare measures. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective patient care. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary. Ensure proper infection control practices are followed.

 

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Georgia. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong clinical judgment and ability to multitask effectively. Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
