Position Overview: 

Provide direct health services to students across a K-12 caseload, including first aid, illness management, and chronic condition care. Develop and implement Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) for students with specific medical needs. Manage and maintain confidential student health records and ensure compliance with all state and local health mandates, including immunizations and communicable disease reporting.

Qualifications: 

OR Registered Nurse License Experience in pediatrics or school nursing Completion of a background check and fingerprinting
