Registered Nurse RN- Full-Time Location: 119-Southern Utah Veterans Home - Ivins, St. George, UT, 84738 Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse RN- will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. The nurse will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.

Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document residents' vital signs and medical history Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assess residents' needs and develop care plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for residents Provide emotional support to residents and their families Document all nursing care provided and maintain accurate medical records Adhere to all nursing standards and regulations Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Utah Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Basic computer skills
