Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $46 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Santurary of West Saint Paul Assisted Living/Memory Care is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beatiful and active Senior Living in Minnetonka, MN. Supported by a Director of Health Nurse and Resident Assistant Caregivers.

 

Nursing schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health statusImplements new and updates current resident care planCoordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as neededLeads and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administrationActs as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled timesMonitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Qualifications

Required:

Current MN RN license or by start date

BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently

enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be

obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent

practice

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:
