Duties Include:

Providing advice & support to the Residents and their familiesMonitoring Residents and administering medication and treatmentsDocumenting Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. recordsProtecting Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolving Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesAssuring quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of careMaintaining Resident confidence by keeping information confidential

Requirements:

Must work well in a team environmentCurrent New York State RN LicenseLong-Term Care Experience PreferredSolid computer skills; working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication skills
