Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 case/care management for a client in need of personalized care. This includes arranging and accompanying the patient to doctors appointments, administering medications, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the patient's care, including family members, doctors, and therapists. This role is ideal for an RN who is dedicated to offering high-quality care in a home setting or facility, focusing on the holistic needs of a single patient. You will develop, implement, and oversee a personalized care plan, ensuring the patient’s physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.  Benefits: * Weekly pay with direct deposit * GPS time and attendance technology enhances your access to key scheduling and care information * Variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments Responsibilities: * Provide direct care to an assigned client, including assessments, medication management, wound care, and other medical interventions as necessary. * Develop and implement a personalized care plan, working closely with the patient’s family, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. * Monitor the patient's progress, adjusting the care plan as needed based on their condition and response to treatment. * Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the patient's care, including family members, doctors, and therapists. * Provide education and support to the patient and family on health management, medication administration, and lifestyle adjustments. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Advocate for the patient’s well-being, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standard of care.
