Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the assited living residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors in our Bloomington, MN location, Meadowoods! Come join our team of dedicated employees who share in our mission to help our seniors heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more significant lives. **Responsibilities Job Description** Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided **Qualifications** Required: Current MN RN license or by start date AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS) Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population **Benefit Overview** Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
