As a new Registered Nurse (RN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Your role will include conducting thorough patient assessments, administering medications, and providing high-quality patient care tailored to the needs of our residents. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring each resident receives the best support possible.\n
Your schedule will be full-time from 3 PM to 11 PM, or you may choose to work on a PRN basis, providing flexibility to accommodate your personal commitments. Each shift will involve effective communication with both residents and their families, addressing concerns, and fostering a warm, trusting atmosphere.
