The ACE Program is a 12 week program that allows RNs to float between multiple units, find the area you are passionate about while providing continuing education and the ability to work with an experienced nurse, ask questions, and work as a team. The ACE Program at St Francis Medical Center will float between the following units: Ortho Specialty Unit, Medical Telemetry/Oncology, and our new Multi-Specialty/Telemetry Unit.
