Lake Ridge Assisted Living & Park View Assisted Living are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! 

Position Type: Full-Time with limited on-call. Will float between both sites, Lake Ridge Assisted Living and Park View Assisted Living.

Hours: 32 hours a week, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Wage Range: $33 to $38 / hour depending on experience

Registered Nurse responsibilities:

Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.Does admissions, assessments, and discharges.Registered Nurse skills and requirements:Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN RN license.Current BLS certification required. Must have strong communication and organizational skills.Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.Cassia Benefits: Competitive Pay with experience-based raisesTuition Assistance & Student Loan Forgiveness (site-specific)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) & 403(b)/401(k) with Employer MatchComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance) for Full-Time Employees
