Education Qualifications:BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

This Registered Nurse (RN) will support our Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatric Teams throughout our Brainerd and Baxter Clinics.

What You'll Do in This Role:

Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide nursing services in primary and specialty outpatient facilities, non-acute community settings, and through telehealth encounters, ensuring accessible care for all patients.Exercise Professional Autonomy: Take responsibility for your nursing practice by making informed decisions and promoting health, recognizing that quality care is a universal right.Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team to assess concerns, identify issues, and integrate both subjective and objective data.Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Develop tailored care plans, apply appropriate interventions, and continuously evaluate patient outcomes to enhance overall care quality.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
