Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities Responsible for the Coordination and Implementation of Nursing Clinical Education Programs and Clinical Competence. Responsibilities includes the planning, organization and execution of education/training programs as identified through needs assessment, quality improvement, and implementation of new products and technology. Assists in the effective operation through teamwork, customer service/satisfaction, quality assurance, adherence to legal and financial regulations, providing feedback and assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as they apply to areas of responsibility. Works collaboratively with other members of the education team and facility leadership on global hospital education initiatives as directed. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current OK RN License Minimum of three (3) years experience Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified Preferred Job Requirements: Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) Nursing Education experience
