Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: PRN / Per diem - Day Shift 
Compensation: $56 per hour

plus shift differentials for night and/or weekend shifts

Responsibilities

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unitInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentTimely and accurate documentation using appropriate systemsInterpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetryEnsure medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyCompetence in Rapid Response and code eventsInstruct and counsel patients/familiesPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid State RN License BLS is required at hire. ACLS is required at hire.
