Responsibilities The registered professional nurse position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This RN participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and program operations. Qualifications Job Requirements: Minimum: Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire) and BLS; HIRING DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PAL 12 months dialysis experience required to be on-call. Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS & ACLS Certification. Preferred Job Requirements: Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience (preferred). Minimum of 12 months experience as an RN (preferred)
