Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking an experienced ED Nurse to support our team! Eligible nurses can earn sign on & relocation bonuses. 

The Inova Virts Miller Family Emergency and Trauma Center is a full-service emergency department for adults at Inova Loudoun Hospital. It is a Joint Commission-certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center and an integral part of the trauma program at Inova Loudoun Hospital – Loudoun County’s only designated trauma center. 

This position is full time nights, 3-12 hour shifts and has weekend and call rotation. 

As an Inova Nurse you will:

Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team. Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner. Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Position Requirements: 

Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date. BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required
