We are seeking an energetic, patient-centered Registered Nurse for our High-Risk Perinatal Unit at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus!
Schedule: full-time, night shift with 3 x 12 hour shifts per week from 7:00pm- 7:00am
Sign-On/Relocation Bonus Information: This position is eligible for a competitive Sign-On Bonus. Candidates who are relocating 50 miles or further are also eligible for relocation assistance.
The High Risk Perinatal (HRP) Unit is an 18-bed unit in Inova’s Women’s Hospital located on the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Falls Church, Virginia. It is the largest inpatient unit in the country that is dedicated to the care of pregnant women requiring hospitalization for complications during pregnancy. We have the finest team of Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist that provide specialized care to our moms. Our patients have extended stays which affords our nurses to build excellent relationships with patients and families. The HRP Unit is also our designated unit for post-partum overflow. Nurse to patient ratio is 4:1.

Required Experience: A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
Preferred Experience: Two years of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the Labor and Delivery specialty.

Minimum Education Requirement: Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
Minimum Licensure/ Certification Requirement:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start.
