What You’ll Be Doing:

As an In-Home Registered Nurse, you will play an essential role in helping our patients achieve their best possible health by delivering high-quality care where they feel most comfortable—at home.

Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Use your clinical expertise to evaluate and create personalized care plans based on the unique needs of each patient.Patient Advocacy & Support: You’ll be the go-to nurse for patients and their families, providing not just medical care, but emotional and psychological support, too.Collaboration & Communication: Work alongside a collaborative team to adjust care plans, discuss patient progress, and ensure the best possible outcomes.Be the Difference: You’ll have the chance to make real, lasting change in your patients’ lives by providing the best care possible when they need it most.

What We’re Looking For:

To join our passionate team, we’re looking for someone who is just as committed to our mission as we are:

Current RN license in your state (unrestricted)1+ year of clinical nursing experience (Home Health experience is a plus but not required)Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (because you’ll be traveling to patients’ homes)Willingness to travel up to 50% within your service areaAssociates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
