We are looking for PRN / Per Diem RNs who are passionate about providing quality hospice to our community-based patients in Denton, TX and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needsMake home visits to clients in designated geographic territoriesPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and proceduresMonitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services ManagerFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' ordersPerform client assessmentsCase management and coordinationAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications:

Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in handA minimum of one-year clinical experience is preferredHospice experience highly preferredDemonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practicePossess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insuranceHCHB EMR knowledge is desired
