We are hiring a Registered Nurse to join our compassionate and dedicated Hospice House team!

Full Time; 7am to 7pm

Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home is an inpatient facility for patients under hospice care. The Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home is fully staffed 24/7 to provide care for patients and families.  Hospice provides a team approach for expert medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support tailored to each patient.  Our RNs work together within a multidisciplinary team to provide our patients with the best care.  Our teams include:  Attending physician, RN/Case Manager, Personal Care Technician/Hospice Aide, Medical Social Worker, Chaplain, etc.   

The Registered Nurse recognizes and addresses patient needs or issues to achieve the highest level of patient satisfaction, quality and outcomes. The Registered Nurse provides, directs and coordinates professional nursing care for all patients following established clinical nursing standards and practices.  The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient.  The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implmentation and evaluation.  Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Education            

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

 

License/Registration/Certifications             

Current R.N. licensure in the state of South Carolina or Compact State  BLS Required
