MAJOR FUNCTION:
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care to the appropriate age of the patient. To provide care to childbearing women and their newborns as well as to selected other gynecologic and clean surgical patients in a safe and nurturing environment and with consideration given to age and developmental level. The RN must use their knowledge to assess the physical and emotional needs of the patient/family and develop a plan of care that incorporates these principals. The RN must have the ability to implement the plan, and to supervise others with the implementation and assess its effectiveness.

Education & Experience:
You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred *Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement: Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCW Hired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMCMCertification/ Licensure:
