Our first unit boasts 18 private rooms, each designed for comfort and privacy, with a dedicated focus on orthopedic care. Whether it’s joint replacements or other orthopedic procedures, our team is committed to getting patients back on their feet._** **_The second unit features 15 beds, a mix of private and semi-private rooms, catering to a broad range of medical and surgical needs. From post-operative recovery to managing chronic conditions, our skilled staff ensures comprehensive and compassionate care. Join us and be part of a team that makes a difference every day!_** **_Are you ready to become a part of our dynamic Medical Surgical team?_** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness + Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient + Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes + Critical Thinking + Responds to patient needs in a timely manner, including answering call lights. + Documents all changes as well as relevant information regarding patient’s response to intervention, therapeutic regimens, and patient progress as it relates to plan of care and patient’s response to teaching. **Scheduled Hours:** 24 hrs/wk, rotating weekends and holidays. **Work Shift:** Nights - 11p - 7a **Education Required:** Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
