Sentara CarePlex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Cardiac Unit.

Full-time - 36 Hours Weekly ( 3/12 Hours Shift)

Shift: - Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Requirements - one of the following is required:

Degree or Diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing ProgramRegistered Nurse License (VA License and/or Compact/Multi-State)Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing programStudents in the process of obtaining a Registered Nursing License

This is a 24-bed Medical/Surgical Cardiac Unit where we care for patients on telemetry monitoring. The patients are here to determine the next step needed in their care - which may be a cardiac cath, transfer to the heart hospital for surgery on their heart, or having a diagnostic test such as a stress test or echocardiogram.
