Cardiovascular Operating Room CVOR provides specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac or vascular surgery Common procedures in the CVOR include coronary artery bypass surgery valve replacements one of our seven cardiac or vascular operating rooms High volume OR averaging open heart cases per weekOn call obligation required for covering weeknights and both weekend days and nights after the orientation processWorks as a team member in the operating room alongside the rest of the surgical team to provide patient centered care to high acuity patients Ensures the presence and proper arrangement of surgical equipment and supplies in the operating room for each operationAssists with cleaning operating room after the operation ensuring proper routing of equipment and used materialOrganizing and administering individualized professional patient care to patients within the Operating RoomProviding nursing care in accordance with the objectives policies procedures and
